At Next Up Fitness, we take pride in the quality of our gear. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached

  • Show no signs of wear, odor, or damage

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


Return Process

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Returns will be shipped to 7105 Hwy 518 Ranchos de Taos NM, 87557.

If approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Next Up Fitness is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  3. Contact your bank
