Thank you for shopping with Next Up Fitness. Below you’ll find important information regarding our shipping process.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  1. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  2. Free shipping on orders over 75$
  3. Expedited Shipping (if available): 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated at checkout.


International Shipping

No International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Delays

Next Up Fitness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Next Up Fitness is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Next Up Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with any information needed.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
